"I had a stone hit my windshield and cause a foot-long crack in the glass. Dione in Richard Ramirez’s State Farm agency was super helpful in giving me instructions and navigating me through getting an appointment to have the windshield replaced and recalibrated. That happens in two days. Kudos to Dione and Richard Ramirez agency!!"

"If you’re looking for an insurance office team that still gives you that personal service, look no further. Everyone at the Richard Ramirez State Farm office is great! They work together as a team and the communication is awesome. I recently had to ensure some personal articles, Jamie, Dione and Katrina did an excellent job in walking me through the process with timely updates and quick responses with quotes and answered all my questions. My family have all our insurances (Home, Cars, etc.) with State Farm because of this office team! No matter what the need has been through the years, this office has always taken care of us.
